Who we are

Built in Shanghai, running worldwide

Shinmac grew out of a simple observation: most feed plants underperform not because of one bad machine, but because machines from different suppliers never quite fit together. Our answer is systematic — we engineer the line first, then build the machines to serve it.

From our manufacturing base in Shanghai's Yangtze Delta industrial belt, we deliver single machines, complete sections and turnkey plants for customers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Commercial operations run through our Hong Kong registered company, keeping contracts, payments and export logistics simple for international buyers.

Specifications you can hold us to

Capacity, energy per ton and final-product quality are written into the contract and verified at commissioning — not promised in a brochure.

Interfaces are our problem

When we supply the line, mismatched flanges, control signals and capacities between stages are engineering defects we fix — never change orders.

Service in your timezone

Remote diagnostics through SM-IC, spare parts stock for wear items and scheduled visits keep support practical after handover.

How we work

Most of what goes wrong in a feed plant is decided long before a machine is switched on. This is the order we do things in, and why.

The formula comes before the quotation

We ask for the recipe, the pellet and the tonnage before we quote, because those three things — not a model number — decide the grinding fineness, the conditioning time, the die and the cooling. A quotation written without them is a guess dressed up as a price.

We build the machines we sell

Fabrication, machining and assembly happen in our own Shanghai workshop. That is what lets us change a die pattern, a shaft or a discharge to suit a plant, instead of telling the customer to adapt the plant to the machine.

Nothing ships untested

Equipment is pre-assembled and run in the workshop, and control panels are powered up and their programs tested before packing. You are welcome at the factory acceptance test; if you cannot travel, we run it on video and send you the record.

The project ends at the first tonne, not at the port

Our engineers supervise installation, commission the line and train your operators on the plant they will actually run. Handover is the day the line makes product to specification — not the day the container is unloaded.

What we will not do

A supplier who agrees to everything is not being helpful. There are three things we say no to, and it is fairer to say them here than after a contract is signed.

Promise a tonnage without seeing the recipe

The same mill gives very different outputs on a starchy poultry mash and on a high-fibre cattle ration. Anyone who quotes you a capacity without asking what you produce is quoting the easy recipe.

Be the cheapest offer on the table

There is always a lower price. It is usually paid back in kilowatt-hours, in dies that last half as long, and in the weeks a line stands still waiting for a part.

Sell a machine to fix the wrong problem

When a customer asks for a bigger pellet mill, the fault often lies in conditioning or in the mash reaching it. We would rather tell you that and sell you nothing than sell you a machine that will not solve it.

Tested before it ships

Every rotating machine is run at the workshop before packing: vibration, bearing temperature and no-load current are recorded and archived with the serial number. Export packing is seaworthy, with fumigated crates and marked lifting points — because a machine that arrives damaged is a machine that never worked.
